Ordering

kitchen-pottery is committed to making your online shopping experience run as smoothly as possible. Contact Nick if you have any queries or difficulties with the way the kitchen-pottery website works.
The payment method offered is Paypal which is of course secure and insured, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a personalised email from Nick once the order is processing. When the pots have been completed you will be emailed once more to find out if you have any special delivery requirements or if you have a preferred delivery date.

If at any time you would like to discuss your order by phone or email, please do not hesitate to contact Nick.

Pots will be despatched using Royal Mail or private carrier. You are also of course welcome to pay by bank transfer or cheque rather than Paypal if you prefer.

Returns

High quality is very important at Waun Hir Pottery. Your pots will be individually checked and then carefully packed. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your pots for any reason, just let us know within 48 hours of receiving them. If the pots are returned to Waun Hir Pottery in their original packaging you will be refunded the full cost of the pots. Unfortunately delivery costs are non-refundable.

If you are unlucky enough to have any breakages you will also be refunded. In this case we would appreciate a photo of the damaged goods to assist with any resulting insurance claim we may have to make.
